K.B. LADIES HOSTEL Thrissur, Kerala

The building of this Hostel was designed and built for a Ladies Hostel. The structure is in RCC and walls built by country burnt bricks, windows with hard wood fixed with strong iron grills. K.B Ladies Hostel is a 3 storey building spread in 15 cents of land with built -up area of 10,000 sqfts in Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor and Third Floor. Each floor consist of 2,500 sqft. There are 600 sqfts, 480 sqft, 320 sqfts rooms with attached two modern bathrooms, There are Kitchen, Dining Hall, Prayar Hall, Reception etc at Ground floor and Reading Halls around 900 sqft at each floor. There is strong and high compound walls. The first floor is surrounded with spear headed iron bars. The front side is protectrd with iron grills and gate. .There are round the clock security guards to protect the building and inmates. There is adequate parking area for vehicles.
