K.B.LADIES HOSTEL was founded By Mr. K.B SURESH, in fond memory of his father late Sri.K.G Balakrishnan Ezhuthachan, (Retired Director of Education, Govt of Kerala), Karathuparambil House(Master's house)- a well known and reputed family of Thrissur, residing at Sitaram Mill Lane, Punkunnam, Thrissur - 2.

Mr.K.B Suresh is a Post Graduate in Commerce (M.Com.) from University of Calicut and completed C.A.Course. He joined with M/s.Varma & Varma, Charterd Accountants, Thrissur and worked there five and half years. Later he went abroad, worked at Muscut & Dubai, around 15 years. Out of this, 5 years, with M/s.Damas Jewellery, Dubai, GEM readymade Garments factory at Sharjah, Royal Air Morocco and Trans Orient Travels Dubai etc.as their Chief Accountant. Later, he had worked in a Private Airline Company by name Daallo Airline & Al Yousef Travel agency as their Chief Accounant for 10 years.

After the sad demise of his father, Mr.suresh returned to his native place and built a Ladies Hostel building at Thrissur, named it as K.B. LADIES HOSTEL. The aim of this Hostel is to provide good service and all conveniences at less charge to the inmates. From starting onwards there was full occupancy, good name, good fame,
goodwill and reputation.
